Demi's really showing her heart! Last night, she performed an exclusive concert on Cambio, just for fans that have joined DoSomething.org and Clean & Clear's Join The Surge program. The performance included photos of fans helping out in their communities and video of Demi's trip to Chile helping people affected by earthquakes.
She sang "La La Land", "It's Not Too Late", "Got Dynamite", "Catch Me", and "Remember December". Check it out:
