Selena Gomez recently posted a pic of her brand new manicure and tweeted, "Hehe I'm a dork. Sparkles make me happy."
To be honest, we're surprised she didn't opt for a lil' Bieber polish. Still, we think her nails are super cool and were pleasanty surprised when JSYK.com posted instructions on how to give ourselves a blingin' manicure.
