Miley's Dad: More Friend Than Father?

It might be time to start acting your age, Billy Ray! 
In a recent interview, Billy Ray Cyrus opened up about his favorite topic: His family! And specifically, his relationship with Miley.
"I did kind of approach being a dad as a friend," he said.
After what his fam's been through in recent months, though, Billy's doing some reflecting on the past.
"Maybe, no doubt, I could have been a better dad," he admitted.
