"Contagion" NYC Premiere Draws Out the Stars

Tending to the final stretch of promotions, the stars of "Contagion" gathered together at their movie's premiere in New York City on Wednesday night .

With the red carpet affair being held at the Rose Theater, Jazz at Lincoln Center, big names including Matt Damon (who was joined by wife Luciana Barroso) and a Christian Dior clad Marion Cotillard worked the press area before heading inside for the Big Apple screening.

Also joining in on the festivities were fellow Tinseltown stars such as actor Michael Douglas and Hollywood hottie Olivia Munn.

As for "Contagion," the picture - which hits theaters on September 9th - also stars Gwyneth Paltrow, Jude Law and Kate Winslet while being an "action-thriller centered on the threat posed by a deadly disease and an international team of doctors contracted by the CDC to deal with the outbreak."
