Robert Pattinson Dishes Details on Bella's Birth Scene

They share one of the most beautiful love stories to ever have graced the big screen, but Robert Pattinson says beau Kristen Stewart's birth scene in "Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1" couldn't be further from romantic!

Dishing the details about the gory clip, the "Water for Elephants" hunk told Premiere magazine, "There are scenes where Bella looks like an alien. When the baby eats her from inside, she looks so thin and ghastly."

Pattinson continued, "Kristen had to wear this horrible make-up and when I'd see her come on set, I'd ask the crew, 'Are you sure we're filming Twilight? Isn't it supposed to be harmless and PG-13?'"

And while the final chapter of the "Twilight Saga" is scheduled for release in two parts (November 2011 and November 2012), the cast and crew actually finished filming months ago.

Recounting his "relaxed" last day on set, RPatz told, "It was just Kristen and I, no worries… We were shooting in the sea so I didn’t have to have make-up on or wear my contacts. It was so hot, at the end of the day we all went out for cocktails on the beach, watching the sun rise, adding, :I then asked myself why we didn’t do this in those four years. Every difficult moment just vanished.”
